Sharone serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Mantria Corporation. He steadfastly works to secure, maintain and utilized an effective work force, which enhances the overall quality and success of the organization. Sharone provides day-to-day assistance and support to management and staff regarding human resource practices, interpretation of policies, problem resolution and compliance with federal and state laws. Sharone participates in development and maintenance of written departmental procedures to guide management in the application of established recruitment, employment and compensation processes and documentation. Prior to assuming the role and responsibility of Chief Human Resources Officer, Sharone served the organization in business development and operations roles.
