As the Director of Project Management for Mantria Communities, L.P., Margaret is one of the most valuable members of the Mantria Operations team, working as the eyes and ears of Mantria’s Founder & CEO, Troy Wragg and President & COO, Amanda Knorr. In a normal day Margaret manages and directs all aspects of contractor venues for Mantria Communities. Margaret’s roles and responsibilities include overseeing project completion from conception thru completion, and taking care of the most minute details of community upkeep. Additionally, Margaret has increased her responsibilities and roles within the company through continued education and training, creating budgets, and strictly enforcing Mantria’s standards through all aspects of project completion and contract negotiations.
