The E.I.A. is Mantria Communities Exclusive Investors Association. This privilege is only given to the members of our Communities who purchase more than two home sites or have purchased in aggregate of $75,000.00.

The E.I.A. is Mantria's way of awarding the highest caliber of buyers and investors of our communities. E.I.A. members are invited to pre-sale offerings of our new communities, they receive numerous perks and incentives other buyers are not privy to, and are invited to the annual Mantria E.I.A. dinner which is always held at a top 5 star restaurant in either Philadelphia, New York City, Miami, or Los Angeles.
